Mushtaque Mohammed is a globally respected sports administrator with over 35 years of leadership experience in international sport. A native of Trinidad & Tobago, he serves as Vice-President of the FIVB and Senior Sports Officer at the University of Trinidad & Tobago.
He spent 25+ years leading the Trinidad & Tobago Volleyball Federation, served 16 years with the national Olympic Committee, and has contributed to four Olympic Games. Mushtaque also serves as Vice-President of the NORCECA Confederation and is a driving force in global volleyball development.
With advanced degrees in Sports Management and Development and decades of federation leadership, Mushtaque is passionate about mentoring the next generation of sports administrators worldwide.
Dr. Lynn Lashbrook is a pioneer in sports leadership and education with over 50 years of experience as a coach, scout, recruiter, compliance officer, and athletic director. He served as Assistant Athletic Director at the University of Missouri and Athletic Director at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and the University of Alaska Fairbanks before founding SMWW, the world’s first online sports management education company.
As an athletic director, Lynn boosted graduation rates, drove record fundraising and ticket sales, built a student recreation center, and created the first NCAA athletic exchange with Russia. He has overseen nationally recognized programs in hockey, football, basketball, baseball, and track, and is celebrated for his focus on ethical leadership and community impact through sports.
