Alexa Klein is living proof that persistence pays off. She started working in sports at just 16 years old—interning with the Brooklyn Cyclones and Long Island Ducks—then worked her way up from Minor League Baseball to one of the most powerful brands in sports: the New York Yankees. After key roles at Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment and multiple promotions within the Yankees organization, she now leads a five-person team overseeing all partnership activation.
