Why You Should Take Our Name, Image, and Likeness Online Course

Since the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) interim Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policy went into effect on July 1st, 2021, college athletes across the country have been signing deals. The vast majority of these deals come in the form of social media posts from athlete's accounts as a form of direct-to-consumer advertising. In our 8-week online course, we'll teach you how NIL has changed the landscape of college athletics, the power of an athlete's brand, how agents can secure deals for clients, and what athletes need to know about signing NIL deals.

The time is now to stay up-to-date with the changes that have come to college sports. When you register for our 8-week online Name, Image, and Likeness course you’ll learn how to properly identify and secure a fair NIL deal, develop a student-athlete's brand, understand the legalities of NIL, and job opportunities within NIL. Whether you're a Student-Athlete, Agent, Athletic Director, Coach, Parent or College Adminstrator, this class will benefit your career.

Who Should Take Our Name, Images, and Likeness Online Course?

Since the July 1st, 2021 policy has been in place, thousands of college athletes have secured deals, which means the flood gates have opened to NIL. College Athletes like Haley and Hanna Cavinder, a.k.a The Cavinder Twins, Bryce Young, Jade Carey, Kayvon Thibodeaux, and more have all secured NIL deals during their time in college.

What's a leading cause behind these deals being struck? Social media. The influence of TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter, is a driving force behind an athlete's ability to secure an NIL deal.

For anyone who is interested in learning more about NIL, will need to prepare themselves with a course like this.

This course is essential for anyone connected to the sports industry, including, but not limited to:

  • Parents of Student-Athletes
  • Former athletes
  • Coaches
  • Sports Agents
  • Student-athletes
  • Academic Advisors
  • Compliance Officer
  • College Athletic Directors
  • College Administrators
  • Brand Marketers
  • Content Creators
