Although based in Washington, Dr. Mosby has a meaningful presence across the globe, reflecting a career defined by international leadership, athlete development, and a lifelong commitment to advancing the sports industry.

A Distinguished Career in Football Leadership and Athlete Development
Dr. Mosby’s coaching career began in the late 1980s, shaping high school football programs and establishing himself as a standout defensive and positional coach.
1988–1990: Defensive Coordinator & Secondary Coach, Nathan Hale High School (Seattle)
1990–1992: Assistant Football Coach, Washington State University
– Coached wide receivers
– Recruited top talent across Seattle, Los Angeles, and the southern U.S.
– Supported and helped coordinate WSU’s summer football camps
His early collegiate coaching experience set the stage for a career defined by leadership, mentorship, and athlete-first development.
International Success and Championship Coaching
In 1992, Dr. Mosby expanded his impact globally, serving as Head Football Coach for the Limhamn Griffins in Malmö, Sweden. Competing in the Swedish Super Series Conference of American Football, he led the team to a regular-season conference championship and earned Coach of the Year honors—a milestone that cemented his international coaching credibility.
This international chapter highlights Dr. Mosby’s ability to lead, teach, and inspire athletes across cultures and competitive environments.

In April 2024, he began his current role as Running Backs Coach at Pacific Lutheran University (Tacoma, WA)—continuing his legacy of shaping competitive, disciplined, and high-character athletes.
