1988-90 - Defensive Coordinator- Secondary Nathan Hale High School - Seattle. In 1990-1992, he was hired as an Assistant Football Coach at Washington State University, coaching the wide receivers and recruiting the Seattle, Los Angeles, and the southern regions of the United States and helping coordinate the program's summer high school camps.
In 1992 - Head Football Coach for the Limhamn Griffin's, in Malmo Sweden, who played in the Swedish Super Series Conference of American Football. Dr, Mosby led the Griffins to the regular season conference championship and was named conference coach of the year in 1992.
1993-1994 - Washington State University football program team academics support. Pullman High School-Offensive Coordinator.
In 1994-1999 - Head football/ Head Baseball Coach at Liberty High School Issaquah, WA. He also, coached JV basketball from 1994-1995. He was named coach of the year in 1996.
In 1999-2005 - Mount Si High School, Snoqualmie, WA. Assistant football coach Co-Defensive Coordinator.
2018 - North Mason High School, Belfair, WA. Head Football Coach and Assistant track coach at North Mason High in Belfair Washington. 2018 - Cleats vs Cancer Football All-Star Football Classic coach He has been invited and participated as a coach for the North team in the Washington State high school football game All-Star game and talent combine showcase for the past 4 years since his arrival back into coaching.
2022-2024 Head Coach Elite High School 7vs7 passing League Team of College Bound players for Ford Sports Performance, Bellevue, WA.
