What: Watch Senior Bowl practice tape with a former NFL scout — then network with NFL execs, scouts, and SMWW faculty at Veet’s Bar & Grill. Limited film review seats.
Be where decisions get made.
The Senior Bowl is the college football all-star event NFL teams rely on to evaluate prospects. This isn’t just a game — it’s the place players get noticed, and where scouts, GMs, and agents come to evaluate talent. SMWW’s Senior Bowl Meet & Greet pairs hands-on learning with high-impact networking so you can both sharpen your scouting skills and introduce yourself to the people who hire.
Exclusive Film Review — $100 (very limited seating)
Join Dane Vandernat, former NFL scout and Director of Pro Personnel (CFL), for a small-group film review of Senior Bowl practice tape. This is a rare, interactive session for participants who want to learn how scouts evaluate film and what NFL teams are looking for.
What you’ll do in the Film Review:
Watch and break down Senior Bowl practice film with Dane
Learn the evaluation criteria scouts use on tape
Practice grading plays and players with real-time feedback
Ask specific questions about player traits, projection, and roster fit
Why it matters: Film reading is the core skill of scouting. A guided session with a veteran evaluator will give you practical techniques and insights you can use immediately — whether you’re building scouting reports or interviewing for jobs.
