I knew for the longest time that I belonged in the sports industry. The only problem was I had no idea how I would ever get my "foot in the door." I decided to take the Sports Business Management course through SMWW while I continued to work full time. With help from Tom Leip, Bret Polvorosa and Dr. Lynn Lashbrook I was able to complete the course and build relationships with many teams and their staffs. SMWW helped me land an internship with Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment which then lead to a full time position with their new American Hockey League team here in Toronto.
