Silas Boahene is an accomplished management professional and sports executive with a wealth of experience in operations, administration, and personnel management. Known for his ability to motivate teams and deliver results under tight deadlines, Silas has built a career defined by performance, integrity, and innovation.

He holds:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2003)

• A Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Central University College (2013)

• A Master of Business Administration from Accra Business School (2021)

Furthering his expertise in the global sports industry, Silas earned his Athlete Management certification through Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW), where he trained under renowned industry mentors.

Professional Experience and Impact

Silas’s impressive career spans multiple sectors, with notable roles including:

• Chief Operations Officer / General Manager – Accra Lions FC, where he oversaw all club operations and player management.

• Key administrative and client service positions with Montran Ghana Ltd, E-Pay Ltd, Capital One, and Astron BPS, strengthening his leadership and organizational skills.

In 2022, Silas launched Impact Sports Management, where he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, leading athlete representation and sports consulting initiatives throughout Africa. His entrepreneurial spirit also led to the creation of SportsBlog247.com, a platform for sports media, analysis, and advocacy.

A defining achievement in Silas’s career is becoming a FIFA Licensed Soccer Agent, a credential that allows him to represent athletes at the highest levels of global competition.
