In 2002, Clarke founded Clarke Sports, becoming a trailblazer by launching New Jersey’s first football-specific training academy. At a time when focused football development was rare, Clarke saw an opportunity to fill the gap—and he delivered. His reputation for excellence quickly attracted high-level high school talent from across the tri-state area, and his training programs became synonymous with elite preparation and accountability.
