Before I took this course I was never too excited about getting into ticket sales. However, the SMWW Sports Business Management course has given me that excitement and anxiety to get into ticket sales. They have shown me the right way to sell and the proper way to learn about the customer's needs. These techniques that I have learned through SMWW will also be helpful in landing a job in other front office positions as well. The networking and connections that I have made will be instrumental throughout my professional career in sports.
