Duncan Haines Mills, an alumnus of Northwest Missouri State University, has officially entered the NFL ecosystem after securing a position with the Kansas City Chiefs as a member of their Game Day Activation Team. For Duncan, this opportunity is more than just a job—it’s a dream realized with his hometown team.

After completing multiple Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW) programs—including Football GM & Scouting, the Football Scouting Apprenticeship, Proficiency in PFF, Sports Analytics & AI, and Sports Career Strategies—Duncan has translated education into action at the highest level of professional football.

From Classroom to Arrowhead Stadium

In his new role with the Kansas City Chiefs, Duncan will play an integral part in preparing Arrowhead Stadium for game day operations. His responsibilities include ensuring the stadium is fully prepared for fans, players, coaches, and visiting teams, maintaining the elite standard expected within the NFL.

Remarkably, Duncan’s first major assignment will be helping prepare Arrowhead Stadium for the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches hosted in Kansas City. Starting his career with a global event of this magnitude highlights both the scale of the opportunity and the trust placed in him by the organization.
