Teaching Qualifications: Upon completing secondary school, he attended Strydom College of Education by then affiliated to North West University. He obtained the University Diploma in Education in Primary Education (UDEP) in 1994. He enrolled for a B. Tech Education Management Degree at Pretoria Technocon later named Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), and obtained it in 1997. Later on he enrolled for an Advanced Certificate in Education in Senior Primary teaching Mathematics, Science, and Technology at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) and obtained it in 2008. He has been in the teaching profession for 22 years (1994 -2016).

Sports Qualifications: He enrolled for a Higher Certificate in Sports Administration & Management at Boston Campus College, and obtained Higher Certificate in Club Management Studies in 2015 before leaving teaching. He got accredited by CHATSEEDA in 2016 as a registered Sports Administrator in South Africa, Registration ID: 67697. He then enrolled online Internationally with Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW) for a Cricket Business Management Course, He completed it and got awarded a Certificate of Accomplishment in Cricket Business Management in 25th September 2017. He was then upon completion of the Cricket Business management course also awarded the SMWW International Cricket Scouting Stamp and offered a personal website: nationntlame@smww.com. He’s now busy studying for a Higher Certificate in Sports Marketing at Boston College.

Cricket Career: On the 17th May 2017, he started working for North West Cricket (NWC) an affiliate of Cricket South Africa (CSA) as a Mini Cricket Coordinator. He’s also an accredited and qualified Umpire (level C) and Coach (level 1) by Cricket South Africa. He coached for a number of years in school cricket, and club cricket (premier league) and officiated at most of the CSA national & regional weeks. Did a lot of interviews and talk shows on cricket on different Media like Radio, TV, etc.

Merits & Awards: He had a number of awards and merits under his name from different authorities including the affiliation he’s presently working for. Sports Volunteer of the Year: A Gold Medal & Certificate awarded by North West Sports Confederation under SASCOC in 2016. PSG NWC Provincial Youth Cricket Awards of Excellence in Administration in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2019. North West Cricket President’s Awards since, every year since 2016 – 2023. CSA Mini Cricket Coordinator of the Year 2018 & 2023. This award is given to an outstanding Coordinator at the end of Cricket season. See pictures below. Hobbies: He’s busy writing of Sports (especially cricket) articles & journals, and busy writing manuscripts/books on all aspects of life in general. Reading and furthering my studies to acquire more knowledge. Attending matches (sports of my choice) and further looking to spread my wings to explore the world. He’s also busy doing scouting of players to different cricket academies in the country and refers best and promising players to best placed to further and nurture their cricket careers.

His Personal Objective: Excellence is never an accident, but always the results of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution. It represents the wise choice of many alternatives – choice, not chance, determines one’s destiny.

His intention: To see sports being a unifier to all nations with different cultures, religions, etc. As a person, also want to be involved as an agent of change, serving as an agent and a scout to make all athletes expose their talents and make living out of it. His greatest wish is to travel across the world to make people to realise their dreams in sports and use it to earn them living. Therefore, accept his role as “Own Country Ambassador” wishing to spread his wings to the whole continent and globally, to make this world the world of sports.
