A native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay with a degree in Business Administration and a focus in Marketing. After moving to Portland, Oregon, he spent 10 years as the General Manager of a restaurant and brewery before making the transition to sports full-time.
