He holds certification in Sports Sales and Marketing from the Sports Management Worldwide and brings eight years of professional experience in the healthcare nonprofit sector, where he worked as a Human Resource Officer supporting large-scale public health programs. His career has been rooted in impact-driven work, and he now seeks to apply that same commitment to advancing professional standards and commercial growth in African sport.

A lifelong football enthusiast, Victor views sport as a powerful platform for social impact, economic opportunity, and continental development. His long-term ambition is to play a significant leadership role in African football, with aspirations that ultimately extend to the presidency of the Confederation of African Football. Through continued education, industry engagement, and strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening sports business capacity in Africa, he is committed to contributing to a more professional, sustainable, and globally competitive football ecosystem across the continent.
