Vadim Barlamov brings over two decades of experience in global sports management, athlete representation, and media production. As the Managing Partner of Win Titles Group and a FIFA-licensed agent, Vadim has been instrumental in developing international pathways for athletes, particularly across Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.
A trusted figure in the industry, Vadim has worked with athletes, clubs, and brands to navigate complex markets and build lasting success. His work as Sporting Producer for Match TV’s “Who Wants to Be a Legionnaire?” highlights his ability to combine entertainment, talent discovery, and global scouting.
Vadim has completed several SMWW courses, including Athlete Management, Hockey GM & Scouting, and Sports Business Management. His academic background includes a Master’s in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University, further solidifying his expertise in both Western and Eastern sports markets.
As an SMWW Global Ambassador, Vadim plays a key role in expanding SMWW’s presence in the Russian-speaking world and the UAE, helping educate and guide aspiring professionals into sports careers beyond the playing field. He continues to be a bridge between emerging talent and international opportunities.
