Lloyd McPhee is a logistics and operations professional based in Nassau, The Bahamas, with deep community ties and a passion for advancing opportunities in sports across the Caribbean. As Operations Manager at Air Express Couriers, Lloyd oversees international logistics and is a licensed customs broker, bringing years of experience in cross-border coordination and client service.
With a strong interest in the business side of sports, Lloyd completed the Athlete Marketing & Branding course through Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW). His understanding of personal branding, sponsorship, and the evolving digital landscape allows him to help athletes and aspiring sports professionals position themselves for long-term success on and off the field.
As an SMWW Global Ambassador, Lloyd is committed to expanding access to sports business education in The Bahamas and the wider Caribbean, where many talented athletes often lack exposure to professional development resources. His goal is to connect local talent with international pathways in athlete marketing, sports management, and branding.
