Tom Leip (Portland, Oregon, USA), a native of St. Louis and graduate of William Jewell College did graduate work at Ohio University in sports administration after making a career change from journalism.He spent 20 years working in minor-league sports (baseball, hockey and soccer) in markets like Rochester, Nashville, Eugene, Spokane, the Twin Cities and Portland. He has been the top executive for organizations operating multiple teams and broadcast entities, the top executive for a league, a consultant and a collegiate administrator. After leaving Portland State University Athletic Department he took charge of Team Media Sales for North America for Lulu Sports and MRX Associates.
