As CEO of Cricket Victoria (1980–2007), Ken oversaw a period of explosive growth, doubling player participation from 100,000 to 185,000 across 1,100 clubs and increasing annual revenue from $500,000 to $25 million.
Under his leadership, Cricket Victoria:

Built a renowned local government and volunteer recognition program
Developed the Boxing Day Test Match branding program, now an iconic global event
