Mr. Muhammed S. Bolaji is an alumnus of Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin Nigeria, where he earned National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking and Finance in 2003 . Bolaji has over 3 years experience working as an international business manager, oversea universities representative and sport marketing business consultant, he is based in Lagos, Nigeria.  Mr. Bolaji has developed a passion for sports when he was 6, participated in the inter house sports athletic competitions in primary and high school. He developed the passion to represent and become a player agent through the experiences he had gained from his company where he is currently a managing partner, the company is into student recruitment for universities in abroad. His passion and love for sports have made him take the decision to bring reshaping into the sport agency industry through his broad research methodology. At present, after acquiring the resources and skills necessary to negotiate and represent athletes in sports from SMWW, he established (BISMA GROUP), its a sporting management agency specializing in the marketing and management of its clients athletes globally, also with the aim of carrying out the following services: Contract negotiation, Player scouting and management, Endorsement deals, Sport marketing, Post career planning etc.Mr. Bolaji   is a gaduate of of athletic management 400 under sport management world wide and also a sport agent advisor with the vision to bring reshaping and also refine the unjustifiable manner by which athletes are being represented in there playing contract. His goal is to serve as a scout for soccer and basketball clubs that may be interested in the services of Nigerian players with truth and honesty as his watchword.
