Artin has played sports his whole life, participating in youth soccer and basketball teams. He chose to focus solely on soccer and played for the varsity team for three seasons at Glendale High School. He was also named captain his senior year due to his natural leadership abilities. Artin also played at the club level for several seasons representing the Los Angeles Football Club, where he won the 2005 Club Championship with in Florida. He has also represented UCSB playing for the men's club soccer team for 2 years. Artin has also worked for the prestigious Kobe Bryant Basketball Camp and also spent time as a physical therapist aid at the CATZ Physical Therapy Institute in Pasadena, California. During his junior year in high school, Artin unfortunately suffered a horrible injury tearing both his meniscus and anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. Once he realized his playing career was over, he decided he still wanted to pursue a career in sports because it is where his passion ultimately lies. In particular, he decided he wanted to be an agent for soccer players because he could apply all his knowledge for the sport and still have the ability to dictate what happens in the game, without even putting a foot down on the pitch. Artin knows that this industry is extremely tough and competitive but he is willing to do whatever it takes to be an ethical, honest, and successful agent. After much research, Artin found out about Sports Management Worldwide and decided to enroll in the program because they offered exactly what he was looking for and it would allow him to obtain the skill set necessary to make an impact in the soccer world. Artin has completed the Soccer Management & Scouting Course, the Soccer Athlete Management Course, and the Sports Revenue Management Course. He also spent time as an intern for SMWW in the Portland office. As a highly motivated and ambitious individual, Artin will give it his all to make sure his clients receive the treatment they deserve.
