Jimmy has over four seasons worth of NFL Salary Cap and Player Contract experience. Prior to his stint with the Redskins, he worked for 2 years for the NFL's labor relations department, the Management Council. Halsell is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University and received his MBA from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.
