When I was a sports agent with Jim Steiner and represented 20 players in the NFL I concluded it was all about relationships and referrals. It was Ralph Dawkins, my client who introduced me to his brother Brian. It convinced me to start SMWW and train people to become sports agents. Ten years later it is exciting to see two clients on NFL rosters through relationships by agent advisors. Matt Moore as a back up QB for Carolina and Akeem Jordan, LB, with Philadelphia represent our future and Matt has a younger brother. I believe in brotherly love(npy)!
